Apple Inc HQ2 - Cupertino, CA
LBCG was brought in to assist a failing contractor with a $220M subcontract at the HQ2 Project. The overall project was to provide a new 2,800,000 sq. ft campus for the Apple Inc. headquarters. The HQ2 project was intended to provide executive offices for the CEO, CFO, the Board of Directors and many others as well as working space for 13,000 Apple workers. The project included outdoor parking garages, solar power facilities, research facilities, restaurants, offices, central utility plant and underground parking structures. LBCG provided project management services, documentation services, scheduling of work, delay claim analysis, monetary claims against the General Contractor and was successful in helping to recover $50M in lost productivity claims against the GC. |

Buffalo Inner Harbor - Buffalo, NY
The Buffalo Inner Harbor project involved the construction of a faux canal that included replica bridges from the 1850's, granite lined walls, and the largest outdoor ice skating rink in North America. Loewke Brill had a significant role in the project management of this job.

17th Street Levee - Washington D.C.
The D.C. 17th Street Levee project consisted of building a temporary water control device that is meant to protect our nations capitol city in the event of a flood. Loewke Brill had all construction management duties on this project.

West Elizabeth Sewer Separation Project - West Elizabeth, PA
Loewke Brill performed all construction management duties on the separation of sewers from storm water drains in West Elizabeth Pennsylvania. This included all new sewer hook-ups for existing services which involved business and home owner coordination.

Holloman Air Force Base / White Sands Missile Testing -Otero County, NM
Loewke Brill had all construction management duties in building a drone testing facility and pilot suites. This included server and data room air conditioning services.

Danville Veterans Affairs Clinic - Danville, VA
This project included the construction of 4 low pressure steam plants. Loewke Brill had all construction management duties for building the plants and all mechanical and electrical components within. The goal was to convert the hospital from high pressure steam to low pressure steam.
